An easy S’mores recipe and one of our favorite desserts to make all year round. The combination of melted chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows is amazing!
FOR THE S’MORE BITES:
10 Graham crackers
⅓ cup powdered sugar
½ cup melted butter
12 pieces of chocolate
12 large marshmallows
TO MAKE THE S’MORE BITES:
Prepare a cupcake pan with cooking spray.
Put the graham crackers in a zip lock bag and crush it using a rolling pin.
In a large bowl, add the cracker crumbs, powder sugar and melted butter and mix well to moisten.
Using the back of a spoon, press the crust to the bottom and the side of the tins. Set aside.
Add a piece of chocolate on top of the crust. And put the marshmallow on top.
Bake in the oven at 325°F (160°C) for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the marshmallow is slightly brown. Take out and serve warm.
