This Strawberry Shortbread Dessert with fresh strawberries is super easy and quick to make and tastes delicious!
FOR THE STRAWBERRY SHORTBREAD DESSERT:
½ cup grounded biscuits
2 oz butter, melted
¾ cup whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
TO MAKE THE CRUST:
Prepare six dessert glasses, each hold about ⅔ cup.
For the base, finely ground the butter biscuits and add melted butter, mix until moistened. Fill the bottom of the dessert glasses with the grounded butter biscuits and press them down firmly.
For the cream, whip the whipping cream and sugar until stiff. Transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag.
Slice 6 strawberries thinly, press them to the side of the dessert glasses. Cut open the piping bag with scissors and pipe the cream into the jars.
Spread the strawberry jam on top of the cream and carefully smooth it out. Top the dessert with a fresh strawberry. Store the dessert glasses in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.
